Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients:
  • 4 Salmon Fillets or Salmon Steaks
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Juice of one Lemon
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds, optional
  • Cooking Spray
  • Salmon Teriyaki
 
Directions:  
 
Spray a pyrex pan with cooking spray.  and heat oven to 350 fahrenheit.   In saucepan over medium heat, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger powder, garlic powder and lemon juice until bubbly and starts to thicken.  Take off heat and brush over salmon.  Cook until salmon turns light pink.  (the lighter the salmon, the more cooked).  Once done, brush remainder of the sauce, and sprinkle sesame seeds.  Serve with rice and stir fry veggies.
