Shrimp and Spinach Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 large  bags Spinach
  • 1 cup    Pine Nuts
  • 1 cup    Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lb.  Cooked, peeled Shrimp
  • 1 cup    Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 
Put spinach, pine nuts in a food processor, begin pouring olive oil as it chops spianch and pine nuts, adding oil slowly. Once all is well blended, spread on the pizza dough, top with cooked shrimps, add salt and pepper to taste, and a dash of red chile pepper, and top with mozzarella.  Bake on pizza stone until cheese is melted and bubbly.
