The Forbsie's Famous Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 Cups Warm Water
  • 4 tsp.  Yeast
  • 4 tsp.  Sugar
  • 4 tsp.  Salt
  • 8 Cups Bread Flour
  • 4 Tbsp.  Olive Oil
 
Directions:
  • Put Yeast and Sugar in Warm Water, and stir. 
  • Let stand 15 minutes, until frothy.  
  • Meanwhile, mix Salt and Olive Oil into 7 Cups of Bread Flour.  
  • Then mix frothy water into flour.  Add reserve flour as needed, until knead until dough is elastic, but doesn't stick to your hand.  
  • Separate dough into 6 even sized balls.
  • Let dough stand, at room temperature, covered with clean cloth over the bowl, for at least 2 hours to allow it to rise.
  • Then knead a bit more and roll each ball out.
 
Put a bit of flour on the peeler, add your toppings, and slide into oven, on the pizza stone.
 
Makes 6 small pizzas.
