Joe Wicks, more commonly known as The Body Coach, has launched live daily PE lessons on his YouTube channel.
The British fitness guru, who rose to fame thanks to his popular 15-minute recipes and HIIT workout videos, will host the classes from Monday to Friday at 11am Kuwait time.
In a bid to help parents out and keep children exercising during the period of home learning, Joe has announced he will be going live every week day with some fun PE lessons to keep little ones fit and active.
The Body Coach took to his Instagram account (which has three millions followers) to say: "Parents are going to be under pressure and for 30 minutes a day I can take over and inspire and energise the kids to get active, bounce around and have fun.
"You can even join in with the kids. This is going to help millions of children and parents feel happier for 30 minutes and beyond every day."

He also called upon people to share the content in order to get as many as possible involved around the globe, saying: "I produce so much free fitness content online and I never ask for anything in return but today I need your help. I need your support to help spread this online so as many parents as possible know that this is an option for them to use next week."
