La Brasa now has expanded to delivery service and has also expanded their menu offering. La Brasa is introducing a new line of Gourmet Burgers and Sandwiches.
Why "Gourmet"? Because they are made in La Brasa by Chef Americo from prime Argentinean Beef. No "Strange" ingredients. Pure grass-fed beef.
The names are reflection of Argentina: All burgers and sandwiches are in a hand-made rustic bread and include french fries.
Choriburger: Has its origins in Cordoba, Argentina where food trucks started to sell a "Chorizo Parrillero" (a grilled sausage inside a french bread) during the football matches. It became a success and now there are provincial festivals of all kinds and varieties of "Choripan" (Translation: Sausage in bread).
Our Chorizos (Sausages) are made by Chef Americo in La Brasa.
La Brasa's sausages, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and mustard.
Clasica: The classic Hamburger: beef, egg, melted cheddar cheese, mayonnaise.
Gotan: Inspired in the "flavor" of Tango (Gotan is Tango spelled backwards): Beef, caramelized onions, beef bacon, mayonnaise.
Lomito: Our trypical La Brasa substancious steak sandwich: Tenderloin, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, egg and mayonnaise.
Milaburger: A thin breaded steak of brisket beef (Milanesa) lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise.
