195g Mars bar – chopped
3 cups of rice crispies
200g milk chocolate
Grease a slice tray.
Combine Mars Bars and butter in a saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat, without boiling, until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in rice crispies and then press mixture into greased tray.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave on a low setting, stirring every 20 secs or so.
Spread the chocolate evenly over the slice mixture and refrigerate until topping is set.
