Nutrition According to your Blood Type:

 

Definitely you’ve heard about blood type Diet; nothing new, but science.

 

Latest studies indicate that there is a chemical reaction between food and blood composition, therefore diet should be based on our blood types for optimum health and prevention (from certain medical condition and diseases that can impact your wellbeing).

 

Following a diet suited to one’s particular blood type, may help not only health wise but also for maintaining constant body weight and shape.

 

Short guidelines to start including foods that are good to your particular cellular profile from today and stop those that can cause variety of side effects:

 

  • Those withtype O blood (the hunters) should choose high-protein foods and eat lots of meat, vegetables and fruits but limit grains, beans and legumes. To lose weight, seafood, red meat, broccoli, spinach, and olive oil are best; wheat, corn, and dairy are to be avoided.

 

  • Those withtype A blood (the agrarian) should choose fruit, vegetables, tofu and whole grains but avoid meat. For weight loss, seafood, vegetables, pineapple, olive oil, and olives; dairy, wheat, corn should be avoided.

 

  • Those withtype B blood (the nomad) should pick a diverse diet including meat, fruits, dairy, seafood and grains. To lose weight, type B individuals should choose green vegetables, eggs, liver, but avoid chicken, corn, peanuts, and wheat.

 

  • Those withtype AB blood (the enigma) should eat dairy, lamb, fish, grains, fruits and vegetables. In here moderation is the key. For weight loss, tofu, seafood, green vegetables are best but chicken, corn, buckwheat, and kidney beans should be avoided.

 

Of course the best approach for health and longevity is a solid base of good rest and exercising combined along nutrition and hydration.

 

So, learning step by step about your unique body system and adapting to your body needs, together with making new lifestyle habits won’t feel that you are restraining yourself from anything but providing what’s best and suitable to your metabolism.
