Body Weight Training for Beginners

 

As cardio can actually be one of the least efficient methods of burning calories and trainings split looks complicated and made you lose even more (as you literally have no clue where and how to do it)… What is there to be done!?

 

Luckily, you can burn fat, build muscle, and get a great workout by just doing some basic body weight exercises – no gym or sophisticated workout equipment required.

 

To come to your aid here is exactly what you need to do:

 

  • 20 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 walking lunges (10 for each leg)
  • 10 dumbbell rows
  • 20 seconds plank
  • 40 seconds jumping jacks

 

Repeat the routine 3 (three) times!

 

After you’ve completed your workout at home, do some stretches.

*BUT hey, before you start, don’t forget to WARM UP – Never ever forget to warm up; get your muscles warm or you’re just asking for injury.

 

Try this routine at least 4 times next week and check how do you feel.
