As we glide through life on autopilot the subconscious mind is continuously interacting with us to direct our choices and activities. What to eat, how long we should sleep and which activities and people to spend time with.
However when we are stressed and out of balance we use the conscious mind to override our best interests and pick up bad habits that can lead to poor health and depression.
In this talk we will look at the most common examples of self
sabotage and how we can resolve inner conflict and find our way back to optimum health and our
life’s true purpose.
During the workshop we will be looking at poor sleep, anger, depression, fear, inner dialogue, ending with guided meditation and a delicious lunch.
