Learn to Wakeboard, Kiteboard or Diving here in K-Town
One of the best things we find about Kuwait in the summer is that the sea is so lovely and warm (I’ve heard it been said, “its hot enough to cook spaghetti”)…..this makes it perfect to learn a new water sport, no more falling into ice cold water, or being hindered by a full wet suit, you can rest assured that when you land in the oggie it’ll be just like taking a bath! Add in the factor that Kuwaits waters are relatively calm, often like a mill pond, it’s a great environment for a beginner or an expert wanting to learn new tricks! Take a Picnic, Enjoy a Snorkel on one of Kuwaits Islands
Kuwait has nine islands and a few of those have some awesome places to go snorkelling, we would recommend Umm Al Maradim and Qaruh, they’re small islands, away from the parties of Khobbar, with vibrant coral reefs and lively fish. So why not gather up some friends, pack a picnic (and plenty of water), slap on the sunscreen, rent a boat and head out early to enjoy the wonderful sealife Kuwait has to offer…if you’re lucky you may even see dolphins & turtles!
